In social distancing age, university conduct classes though online platform (such as Skype, Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet etc.) from the first day of lockdown. All student needs to mark their attendance in Google classroom during the class time for each individual course every day.

During lockdown class tests for all the students are conducted through Google Classroom where faculty members uploaded their questions in the form of quiz or subjective questions. Student need to answer them and again upload the answers in Google classroom in stipulated time.

During social distancing measures, the practical work has given in a new shape.  Digital simulations are adopted in virtual lab manners. Students are supplied secondary data, which is used for the analysis of the result. This is based on the strategy of teaching with experiments at home that could well be a practical alternative – but not just a second-rate one. It becomes a unique opportunity to review the way students learn scientific disciplines by injecting creativity, freedom and fun. Simulated experiments can be visualized by various software. Also, the teachers make videos of the practical and provide them to students either in recorded format or through live sessions.

It is advised that student should prefer to stay at hostel so that they can avail the library facility and good learning environment within the University campus.

Introduction: The Career Development Cell (CDC) surges ahead in imagining, visualizing, discovering & implementing the newest initiatives & methodologies in imbibing a true sense of positivity in the mind & heart of the young budding graduates.

The CDC team ensures a very holistic approach in ensuring as well as assuring a sense of ease & comfort to every student during the journey of new learnings being a part of Adamas University.

Approach: The CDC team at Adamas University follows the modes below in ensuring the holistic approach –

  1. Every student after admission with the University, requires to undergo a systematized process psychometric analysis, followed by detailed mapping of skills & knowledge of a student, further analysing the strengths & areas of improvement of every student, and finally guiding every student to the appropriate career path based upon knowledge, skills, strength and interest of student.
  2. Every student compulsorily requires to undergo a highly modified & integrated training schedule, befitted in their respective academic curriculum. This training enhances the overall soft-skills, personality and grooming, communication skills. This training includes parts of aptitude & reasoning to upgrade the applicability of every student.
  3. Every student is repeatedly faired with preparatory ideas of industry, corporate world, higher education during their studentship with the university in a multi-dimensional approach as referred-

Centre for Professional Studies is an additional support to create better professionals. CoPS and School of Basic and Applied Sciences together can help attainment of Programme Educational in a twofold, Jobs and Higher Studies. To achieve the goal CoPS offers preparatory courses on the following:

In Job seeking:

  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Personality Development, Facilitation, Presentation Skills, Critical Thinking and Facing Interviews
  • Short term Certificate Courses

For Higher Studies:

Foreign Languages: Spanish, German, French

All the preparatory courses would come along with additional cost. However, there would be a few of the developmental courses which would be complimentary.
