Specialization: Synthetic organic chemistry, methodology, C-H bond activation
Dr. Das has completed his bachelor degree from ‘Midnapore College’ (under Vidyasagar University) in 2012 and master degree from ‘Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG)’ in 2014. He has achieved his doctoral degree from ‘Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IITKGP)’ under the supervision of Dr. R. Samanta (Thesis title: Transition Metal-Catalyzed Direct, Regioselective Functionalizations and Construction of 2-Pyridone Based scaffolds) in 2019. After the doctoral research, Dr. Das worked at ‘TCG life sciences pvt. Ltd.’ as research scientist (2019-2020). He had published 8 research papers in international peer reviewed journals till date.
